How Tracking Works

Understanding Your Shipment Status

Here's what each tracking status means and what to expect at every step of your delivery journey.

Shipment Booked

Your shipment has been successfully registered in our system and a tracking ID has been assigned. Pickup will be scheduled based on your preferred time.

Picked Up

Our representative has collected your parcel from the pickup address. It is now being transported to our nearest sorting and dispatch facility.

In Sorting / Processing

Your parcel has arrived at our processing hub. It is being weighed, dimensioned, documented, and prepared for dispatch with customs paperwork.

In Transit

Your parcel is on its way to the destination country or city. It is travelling via our trusted carrier network — DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex.

Customs Clearance

Your parcel is undergoing customs clearance at the destination country. All documentation has been submitted. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

Delivered

Your parcel has been successfully delivered to the recipient at the destination address. A delivery confirmation has been recorded. Mission complete!
